Review - Etude House 55 Baby Lip Project

As promised, a review of Etude House's 55 Baby Lip Project.

55 Baby Lip Project in short is a simple 2 steps lip exfoliating product.

The first step is to exfoliate the lips.

The tube comes with a soft rubber "spikes" applicator. The lip scrub is a gel-liquid lip scrub with tiny brown beads which dispenses easily when I squeezed the tube.

Then as simple as it seems, just gently massage the applicator with the lip scrub on the lips. After rubbing for maybe a minute or so, just wipe the lips with a wet face cloth or a wet tissue.

The last step is to moisturise the lips with the accompanying lip balm.

I don't really like this lip balm, its a little hard to dig out and not very easy to spread on the lips and also, its a bit sticky! The only redeeming factor is that the of this lip balm's smell reminds me of Palmer's Cocoa Butter body lotion, i like! :) Moisturising wise, I didn't have a chance to find out ...... I ate some junk food almost immediately after applying.. LOL

Overall, 55 Baby Lip Project is pretty decent as it does remove the dead skin on my lips with leaving it dry even without applying the lip balm. The baby lips part.. mmm... It didn't really leave my lips that soft to be called "baby lips".

The only bad part is that my dead lip skin "re-surfaced" 2 days later... =_="

Price wise it is fairly cheap. After converting to sing dollars, it still cost less than $10 excluding shipping cost. $10 for a lip scrub and a lip balm is rather inexpensive, and the packaging is so pink and lovely!!

PS. I think I am not really that good in doing reviews... LOL
