Maybe I'm back...?
It has been almost one year since my last post on this blog!! *gasps* Times really flies!
I doubt anyone will read this maybe except my own self, but I would still like to have this phase in my life "documented" down some where..
Since the last time I've blogged, I have changed my job twice, the first one lasting a mere six months before I handed in my resignation letter. Then about seven weeks after that (which is in the late September 2014), I started on my current job and today I am celebrating my four months and two days anniversary!
Year 2014 has quite a lot of ups and downs...
I travelled a lot in 2014.. Went to Perth, Australia in February, Bangkok, Thailand in May (part work related, part leisure) and finally to Hong Kong in October.
And this time to Hong Kong I really had a great time! A fantastic time gorging down the uber delicious food in Hong Kong! Not to mention that this time I also had a great time at skincare/makeup shopping (not so much on the fashion department as always).
After getting married for almost a year, my hubs and I finally collected our keys to our new home!! Yay~!
Looking back, in 2014 I sort of have a job hunting angel shining down on me. I have gotten not one but two job offers in February, but I ended up picking one that I wasn't happy with (read below). And in my second round of job hunt in July/August, I managed to find another position quite fast.
I felt super loved by friends who gifted with lots of cute gifts during our Christmas gift exchange.
2014 wasn't all a bed of roses for me.. I met with some not so nice people at my new-ex job (but at the same job, I have really made a few good friends!). Although they are not the main reason I left, but they have some contribution to making my work life miserable.
I also had to deal with the problem of depleting bank funds. I have stopped working in mid April 2013, paid for my share of wedding expenses and honeymoon. My mission was to fulfill as my wants with as little money as possible. II self imposed quite a few bans on myself, which, luckily was lifted late last year.
Although I am late, here I hope that 2015 will be a happier year for me!
