Everyday Makeup #2
My everyday makeup routine has changed since I have last updated, but I have switched up a few products here and there.
I try switch up my eyeshadows, blush and lippies so that I get to use every single one in my stash at least once a year (quite impossible, but at least I try to make an effort to do so) and these are the ones I find myself gravitating towards recently.
- Visee Duo Rich Eyes in OR-1
- Maquillage True Liquid Moisture UV
- Maquillage Perfect Multi Base BB SPF 30 PA++
- Bobbi Brown Sheer Finish Pressed Powder in Soft Sand
- Physicians Formula Happy Booster Blush in Rose
- Kate Lash Maximizer
- Heroine Make Volume & Curl Mascara
- Nars Radiant Creamy Concealer in Custard
- Maquillage Concealer Stick in #2
- Etude House Play 101 Pencil in #50
- Soap & Glory Sexy Mother Pucker in Nudist
As much as I was loving the Addiction Tinted Skin Protector, I have to wean myself from it and save it only for special days. Mine is only contains 15ml and it is very hard to get hold of this brand's product outside Japan. *sad face* In place I have been using these two bases from Maquillage, which are good but not up to par as compared to the Addiction one.
For the past year or so, I find myself favouring natural looking skin and topping up with concealer(s) to cover up those marks, redness, etc. I also don't really care if there are still some flaws showing, as long as the major ones are covered up.
Instead of buying new foundations to fit this "natural skin look", I just mix my makeup bases and liquid foundation (the ratio is usually 1:1). If I want a "luminous natural skin look", then I will add a touch of liquid highlighter in the mix.
