From the China website, there are actually 6 items, cleanser, toner, essence, gel-cream moisturizer, moisturizing fluid and eye cream. But what can be found locally are only the first 4 items.
After using the toner and gel-cream moisturizer for slightly more than a week (at night), I think that it is quite good, given that the prices of this Aqua Defense range are between $7.90 to $17.90. The toner is refreshing and leaves the skin cool but not the menthol-ly cool, which i dislike.
When poured onto the cotton pad, the toner does not evaporates fast, so I can use 1 side of the toner to wipe my skin and the other side to pat and prep my skin for the moisturizer.
As for the gel-cream moisturizer, when applied there is a slightly tingling sensation for like 3 - 5 seconds on my cheeks but for the other parts of my face its fine. I usually apply a thick goop (maybe about 20 cents coin) on my face and neck and then massage the moisturizer in. The last step is to warm my palms and put my palms on my face and neck to aid absorption (the Clarins method).
The gel-cream moisturizer is too rich for me to use during the day time (my t zone is an oil rig), but I didn't have any major breakouts, only one medium sized pimple... But is not hydrating enough for night use (I have combi-oily, acne-prone, sensitive skin), but i don't dare to apply any more moisturizer, so I bought the essence... hehehe...
I only tried the cleanser and essence once last night so I'll review those later... Between the 4 products, the fragrance are uniform, not overpowering and the smell really lifts my mood and makes me relax. :))

This range is suitable for normal, dry or damaged hair types and boasts that it will give the hair a Liquid Diamond effect (hair will be as shiny as diamonds), Cashmere Feel effect (hair will be soft and smooth) and lastly, Amino Supply effect (hair will be moisturized and strong). [Translated from Mandarin]
I tried the shampoo and conditioner once yesterday and like it claimed, my hair became shinier, softer, smoother, moisturized and slightly straighter, slightly less frizzy, but it could be all due to my imagination... LOL!!
I really like how my hair looks and feels!! Two other things I like about them (so far) is the flowery fragrance (not too overpowering), which made it a joy to wash my hair, the scent also lingers on for a few hours after washing and also, although my hair feels moisturized, my scalp doesn’t feel oily!! My scalp feels oily sometimes after using Tsubaki (red colour range)...
Since I only used it once, I cannot confirm that it will work as it has claimed and whether the positive feelings I have for it today will continue. But for its price, it is quite a worthy buy.
Lastly, I bought a bottle of De Lorenzo Hair Moisturizer Intense for extra dry hair. On the bottle it stated that it is Australian made and owned, and the moisture factor is 8/10. I don’t really have very dry hair and could have gotten the Hair Moisturizer Revive for dry hair instead but the moisture factor is only 4/10…..
I have yet to try this out yet as I want to test drive with the Vidal Sassoon stuffs.
P/S Look forward to my Gmarket hauls! They should be reaching Singapore shores soon! *rubbing my hands in glee*

(Above are the concealers that I use frequently or daily)
Those little white tags you see are the dates that I opened them for usage.. That's how I keep track of the expiry dates of my makeup! I have too many cosmetics, a bit hard to track..
Affordable undereye concealer from Canmake..
The most expensive concealer I ever bought.. almost $50 if I don't remember wrongly....
Its from Kanebo Faircrea range... It has a very good coverage, the color matches me perfectly and it lasts the whole day... In the earlier part of the year, I used it as a liquid foundation.... I mix the conclear with my makeup base at the back of my hands and apply it with a latex sponge...Labels: Base Make Up, Review
